By using CSP Match, you agree to these terms.

2. Platform Role

CSP Match is a matching platform only. We do not provide corporate services directly and are not responsible for the quality or pricing of services offered by CSPs.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information in your RFQ
• Use the platform for lawful business purposes only

4. CSP Obligations

CSPs listed on our platform hold valid ACRA licenses at time of listing. License validity is not guaranteed in real time.

5. Limitation of Liability

CSP Match is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from engagements between users and CSPs.

6. Spam Control Act Compliance

All marketing emails sent via our platform comply with Singapore's Spam Control Act. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
